2. Eligibility

3. Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings for coaching, courts, camps, and other services are subject to availability. Specific cancellation policies apply to each service and will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge. Membership fees are non-refundable.

4. Equipment Rental

Equipment rented from ShadowMatch Tennis must be returned in the same condition it was received. Users are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and may be charged for repairs or replacement. Late returns may also incur additional fees.

5. Health and Safety

Participants in coaching sessions, camps, and court bookings should be in good physical health and able to participate safely in tennis activities. ShadowMatch Tennis is not responsible for injuries sustained due to pre-existing conditions or failure to follow safety instructions. We recommend consulting a medical professional before engaging in strenuous physical activity.

6. Code of Conduct

All users of ShadowMatch Tennis facilities and services are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShadowMatch Tennis and its employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
